You can bring your console to either of our two address in person to get the job done quickly which is usually a 1-3 working day turn around. However, if you're using a postal service we recommend you fill in & complete the repair form or include a letter with the Games Console. We also strongly recommend that any repair sent via any kind of postal service is firstly a signed for service & secondly that it is trackable, these are very important.
