Postal Help Guide
Please follow the instructions below to get your Console/Computer to us.
1: Pack your Console/Computer up well so it is protected from any further damage. We recommend you to protect it using Bubble Wrap & write 'FRAGILE' in large letters on the front, back and sides of the package.
2: Include a completed Repair Form.
3: Send your Console/Computer using your choice of Postal Service or Courier Company to the following address:

We recommend you use a Signed For or Trackable Service when sending your Console/Computer to us.
4: Once your Console/Computer has arrived we will look into the problem & let you know what repairs are required & how much the repairs will cost.
5: Once the repairs to the Console/Computer have been completed we will contact you to arrange payment.
6: As soon as full payment has been recieved, we will return your Console/Computer back to you via courier.
